Facts: The second of three Village Farms greenhouses in the southwest Texas area, this facility has been growing tomatoes since 1998. The greenhouse is situated at 5,000 feet above sea level (1 mile high), so it receives abundant light for growing during the winter and cooler temperatures during the summer nights.
