Description	We are searching for recent grads with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Hydroponics or a related field who would qualify to participate in our Management Trainee Program in our Texas greenhouses. This is a great opportunity for the right candidates, to train directly with our management team to develop the skills for a successful career in the agricultural industry. The Greenhouse Management Trainee Program includes: Practical training on all tasks in the greenhouse and packhouse; Pest and disease management and GAP training; Management Skills including instructional techniques, work organization, motivational techniques and labor management.
