3 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut into ½ inch chunks
2 cups plain yogurt or yogurt cheese
2 tsps minced garlic
2 tsps finely chopped dill
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together. Chill if possible for about an hour to let flavors blend. Serve at room temperature with pita bread or pita crisps (baguette slices in lieu of pita)
